Description
 
TITAN UNIVERSAL HD 30 MTU is a dedicated breakin engine oil for MTU diesel and gas engines with improved corrosion protection characteristics. Application TITAN UNIVERSAL HD 30 MTU is preferably added at the plant for testing and adjustment runs, and it is used in agreed upon break-in programs. TITAN UNIVERSAL HD 30 MTU can remain in the engine to provide corrosion protection. Note manufacture’s preservation instructions for internal corrosion protection purposes. TITAN UNIVERSAL HD 30 MTU can also be used as service oil for continuous operation according to MTU DDC TYPE-1. During breaking-in process, do not mix TITAN UNIVERSAL HD 30 MTU with other engine oils. TITAN UNIVERSAL HD 30 MTU miscible and compatible with conventional branded break in engine oils. However, mixing with other break in engine oils should be avoided in order to fully utilize the product’s benefits.
A complete oil change is recommended when converting to TITAN UNIVERSAL HD 30 MTU.
